Return Timeframe

You may return any eligible item within 30 days of receiving your order. Returns requested after 30 days may not be accepted.

Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging

  • Items should include all original tags, components, and accessories

  • A valid proof of purchase (order number, receipt, or confirmation email) is required

Items that do not meet these conditions may not be eligible for a refund.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene, safety, and product-integrity reasons, we cannot accept returns for:

  • Worn, washed, or altered clothing items

  • Intimate apparel or personal-use items

  • Customized or personalized items

  • Clearance or final-sale products

  • Gift cards

Return Method & Fees

All returns are made by mail following approval from our customer support team.
Return shipping fees, if applicable, are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part.

No restocking fees are charged for approved returns.

Return Process

  1. Contact our customer support team with your order number and reason for return

  2. If approved, you will receive return instructions

  3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging, including all tags and accessories

  4. Ship the product according to the provided instructions

Please note: Unauthorized or improperly packaged returns may not be accepted.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color:

  • Contact customer support to confirm availability

  • Exchanges are processed once the original item is returned and inspected

  • If the requested item is unavailable, a refund or store credit will be offered

Refunds

After we receive and inspect your returned item:

  • Refunds are processed within 7 business days

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method

  • You will receive an email confirmation once the refund is initiated

Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to post the refund.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

We will assist with:

  • Or a full refund, depending on the situation
