1. How long does it take to process my order?
All orders are processed within 0–2 business days. Once your order is processed, it will be shipped according to our standard shipping schedule.
2. How long will shipping take?
Shipping typically takes 3–5 business days, so most orders arrive within 3–7 business days from the date of purchase. We currently ship only within the United States.
3. Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We offer free shipping on all orders within the United States, with no minimum purchase required.
4. Can I track my order?
Yes. Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your package. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.
5. What is your return and exchange policy?
We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of receiving your order. Refunds are processed within 7 business days after the returned item is received and inspected. Please refer to our Refund Policy page for full details.
